Brad Lieberman

Brad has an extensive background in both healthcare and public safety. Currently, he is an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Manhattan and has over 13 years of experience in emergency medical services. 


He holds a Master's of Science degree in Nursing with a concentration in care coordination from Columbia University in New York as well as a Juris Doctorate from Pace University in New York. He is admitted to the bar in multiple jurisdictions and previously practiced small business and startup law.


ian Hamilton


Ian holds a B.S. in Microbiology from The Pennsylvania State University and holds an M.B.A. in data analytics from American University.


He has almost a decade of outside sales experience and led North American business development operations for an Italian Plastics manufacturer.


His experience creating pricing models and strategic alliances will help lead TruTriage solutions to profitability.


Dr. Daniel Friedman


Dr. Friedman is a board-certified emergency medicine physician at one of the nation's leading hospitals.


Dr. Friedman completed his fellowship in Emergency Medical Services at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and his residency in emergency medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida.


In addition to serving as an EMS physician, Dr. Friedman is a former Paramedic and EMS system medical director.

Hamutal is responsible for all legal matters including protecting TruTriage's proprietary information and technology, corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance matters.

Hamutal is a cum laude graduate from Pace University School of Law with extensive experience in handling complex commercial, intellectual property, and technology matters for public companies and private entities. 

She is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as several federal courts of New York.


Narbeh Yousefian


Narbeh is a driven solutions engineer with a diverse background in cognitive search, system integration, and software engineering.


He completed his undergrad in Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland followed by graduate studies in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins. 


He's worked for a variety of defense contractors and consulting firms over 15 years, and initially joined TruTriage to provide guidance on product development.


As CTO, Narbeh will champion all technical facets of TruTriage including system architecture, software engineering, platform roadmap, and comprehensive vision to align with organizational goals.

Michael s. hamilton


Retired Senior Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Experienced business executive with 35 + years
experience growing business enterprises and developing talent. Mike has been active in the health care industry throughout his career.


He as previously served as the U.S. Health Care Practice Leader for KPMG and as the Managing Partner for EY’s Health Care Advisory Services Practice.

Mike has appeared on CNBC, CBS Radio and has been referenced in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, Modern Health Care, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, and the Orange County Business

Dr. Michael R. Ingui


Dr. Ingui brings years of experience in healthcare in both the community and emergency response arenas.


He focuses on advising the team on integrating systems to ensure community and health system buy-in. He completed his studies at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.


Andre Louque


Mr. Louque brings years of software development, implementation, and systems integration in the high-security financial services sector.


He has a broad range of technical experience covering both internal and external application development. He has worked for leading financial institutions, including Capital One.


Stephen Shapiro


Mr. Shapiro is a Pioneer in the computer service, wireless, social media, and digital health sectors.  Experience from start-up to successful exit. From manager to C-Level in creating strong teams and excellent user experiences resulting in (most cases) successful exit bringing substantial value to all stakeholders.


Mr. Shapiro is co-founder of eHealth Ventures, which is a consortium of world-class health care organizations and investors looking for star entrepreneurs and technologies that will change the way healthcare is delivered. After four years he has curated a portfolio of 12 innovative companies.  

Mr. Shapiro is on the Board of Directors or The Advisory Boards of eHealth Ventures, LLC (US), eHealth Ventures LTD (Israel), Allerguard Start-Up (food allergen detection), iRx Reminder (medication adherence), The Lauren Condominium Association, and at American University; The Center of Israeli Studies and The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center.  In addition, he is a Managing Member of SHAFA Invesco, his family office. 

Mr. Shapiro is a CPA and a graduate of the Kogod School of Business at American University.
